Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Customized and clearance products are non-returnable.
Proof of purchase(invoice/order confirmation email) is required to process any returns or exchanges.

2. Share your order details and reason for return along with product photos (if damaged/defective).
3. Once approved, We’ll arrange for a pickup or guide you on safe self-shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll be notified.
Refunds are processed within 7– 10 business days to your original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved..
Exchanges
Damaged or defective items can be exchanged if reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
If approved, a replacement will be provided and delivered for the damaged/defective product within 7-10 business days of approval.
